Faith Formation Registration

- Tuition
  $100 per student with a family cap of $300. Tuition is payable by credit card, echeck, or invoice if you wish to pay by check. No student will ever be turned away due to inability to pay tuition. Please call the Faith Formation Office if family is in need of financial assistance.
  Baptismal Certificates
  
  A baptismal certificate with an official seal should be provided for each student new to the program.
  
  No certificate is needed for students baptized at St. Joseph or St. Bartholomew.
